TERMS OF USE
All material available on Script & Scribe Creations is protected by copyright laws and conventions. Upon purchasing a script from Script & Scribe Creations, you become the Licensee of the script.

The Licensee is permitted to perform the scripts including but without limitation to auditions, showreels, self-tapes, castings, competitions, youth groups, classroom activities and acting schools.
The Licensee is also permitted to film performances of the scripts and upload these to the internet and social media platforms subject to listing the copyright and author clearly.
If the Licensee has purchased on behalf of others for educational purposes (e.g. teachers in drama class), Script & Scribe Creations asks that scripts are not used beyond the purchaser’s initial intent for them. All above Permissions must be adhered to, to avoid an infringement of copyright law.
Licenses
Downloadable scripts
These scripts come with a non-exclusive license, granting the Licensee the right to use the intellectual property as outlined in Permissions. Downloadable scripts and licences are non-transferable, and specific to the purchaser.
Custom written scripts
Scripts that have been custom written specific to the needs of the purchaser come with a sole license for 6-months and usage must adhere to the above Permissions. After this time custom scripts will be made available for public purchase.
The terms of all licensing are for the duration of copyright and are applicable world-wide.
Restrictions
All scripts should be presented as they appear in their published format.
Script & Scribe Creations understand that amendments to a script are sometimes made in the best interest of the performer. With prior consent, Script & Scribe Creations ask that any performances live or otherwise must state the copyright and author clearly, in addition to an amendment clause (i.e. Copyright: Script & Scribe Creations, Written by Talia Rowley, Amended by “John Smith”).

Scripts may not be published online, electronically or in book form. Teachers may share scripts with their students via Google Docs or via email. Scripts may not be posted on any other website that is viewable by the public.
