Script & Scribe Creations is a catalogue of original acting scripts written for Australia’s youngest performers and their facilitators. It has been created to provide script content that is exciting, relevant and age appropriate.
We also aim to provide a space where home-grown stories and Australian identity among our youngest and most promising performers can be found.
Our scripts can be used at school, in extra-curricular acting classes, auditions, showreels or even at home!

OUR STORY
Script & Scribe Creations was conceptualised by Founder and Chief Writer, Talia Rowley, in 2013. It was during this time while teaching young Australian actors, Talia came to realise how difficult good scripts were to come by.
Scripts often lacked diversity and a true representation of the experiences young people were facing in Australia. Many of the scripts available were written for American students, and while valuable in their own right, were not always suitable.
There is no doubt that young people around the world share in countless universal stories, though having stories specific to Australians is also important. With that in mind, Talia wanted to create an easily accessible online catalogue of scripts, primarily for young Australian performers and their facilitators, that were original, exciting, relevant and age appropriate.
By 2019, Script & Scribe Creations took shape, officially launching in 2020. Talia's mission has and always will be to provide high-quality scripts for our performers of the future. She believes beginning 'the work' with a good script can make a world of difference in auditions and castings, competitions and talents shows, self-tapes, showreel scenes, scene work and the overall growth of a performer.
